traderzclub.com and the TRADERSZCLUB Telegram channels are run by Xhonatan Teta, Albania ("TraderzClub", "we", "us"). By using the website, our Telegram channels or buying our products you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected] · @traderszclub_admin

Risk warning. Trading forex, gold (XAUUSD) and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for you. You can lose money rapidly because of leverage, including more than you expect. Past results, including the results we post in pips, do not guarantee future results. Our signals, analysis and course are general education, not personalised financial advice. Only trade money you can afford to lose and decide your own position size.

1. Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade leveraged products in your country.

2. What we offer

TRADERSZCLUB MAIN (free): daily market analysis, news and education on Telegram.
XAUUSD VIP Signals (paid): trade ideas with entry zone, stop loss, take profits and updates, posted Monday–Friday. The number of signals per day depends on the market and is not guaranteed.
Forex Course (paid): a PDF course and access to a private students group.

Results we post (for example "+120 pips" or a value per lot) show how a signal moved from its entry price. They are not the results of any specific trading account. Your own results depend on your entries, lot size, spreads and execution.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are shown on the website. You can pay with Telegram Stars, crypto (USDT, ETH, BTC) or PayPal.
With crypto or PayPal, send the exact amount and then your payment proof to @traderszclub_admin; access is given after we confirm the payment. Send crypto only on the network shown: payments sent on the wrong network may be lost and can't be recovered by us.

4. VIP subscription and cancellation

Paid with Telegram Stars, VIP renews every 30 days through Telegram until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Telegram; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Paid with crypto or PayPal, VIP gives 30 days of access per payment, without automatic renewal.
Subscription periods already started are not refunded.

5. Course refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying the course if you haven't joined the students group yet. Once you've joined the group and received the material, the course can't be refunded. Stars refunds follow Telegram's rules; crypto and PayPal refunds are sent back to the original sender, minus network or PayPal fees.

6. Partner disclosure

TraderzClub is an independent introducing partner of STARTRADER, not the broker and not part of STARTRADER. If you open an account through our partner link, we may earn a commission from STARTRADER based on your trading. This costs you nothing extra. Your broker account, deposits and withdrawals are handled only by STARTRADER under its own terms.

7. VIP giveaway rules

When: every Wednesday and Friday, announced in TRADERSZCLUB MAIN.
Prize: free lifetime access to the VIP Signals channel for the first 5 eligible people of each announcement. "Lifetime" means for as long as the VIP channel exists.
How to enter: open a new STARTRADER account through our partner link (website or Telegram) and send your STARTRADER account ID to @traderszclub_admin. Opening the account is free; no deposit and no purchase from us is required.
Eligibility: 18+, one prize per person, new accounts registered through our link only. Accounts already linked to another partner, duplicate or fake accounts are not eligible.
Winners: the first 5 entries we can verify, in the order received. Winners receive a personal single-use VIP invite on Telegram. The prize can't be exchanged for money.
We may end or change the giveaway at any time; changes are announced in TRADERSZCLUB MAIN.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Telegram or STARTRADER.

8. Your use of our content

Signals, analysis and the course are for your personal use. Copying, reselling or sharing paid content outside our channels is not allowed and may lead to removal without refund.

9. Liability

We provide our content "as is". We are not responsible for trading losses, missed or delayed messages, broker execution, or outages of Telegram, the broker or other services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Albania.
